Flag Categories

In our user stories action menu, i can only see an option to Add flag. Where can i see the categories for which it needs to be flagged. I saw that in the bulk edit there are these categories. How can i choose them while flagging the user story?

Hi Rakesh - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The Flagged field in Jira Cloud is locked and only has the Impediment available. Since this appears to have been migrated, it might have brought the values from the source. But I don't believe you are going to be able to change that. 

When you are on an issue and you add the Flag, does it give you options to choose?

Hi John. No, It doesnt give me the option to choose. it Chooses the default Requirements and Spec category as the Flagged Reason.

You will probably need to get Atlassian involved to help clean that up. 

Try one more thing though - when on a board, right click on the card and choose Add flag. Does it let you select the type there?
