Find all information to a offer item

In my jira it looks like this. The orange box with the lock ist the offer item. and an offer item is linked to a story. The related story can be find at "issue links relates to..."

So i would like all information in one row (offer item,...., story, status of the story and bugs in the story)

Generally: i want the all information which belong to the offer item.

Is this in general possible?

It would be nice if it would work without plugins.
