Fill in form that is attached to an issue using Automation rules?

I was curious if there was any way to have an automation rule edit the selections of a form that is attached to an issue. My team would find this useful as we use the submit form trigger a lot and this would do most of the work for us. 

[VERY rough example]
WHEN an issue is created > IF (fields condition) Summary contains adobe > THEN edit form attached to issue and check box for adobe
