Is there a way to create a request in the JIRA Service Desk client portal that does not link to a form and that links to an external url?
I know that in the description of the portal you can add links, but the problem is that it should go down completely.
Another solution would be to be able to put the form embedded in html in a request from the customer portal, but I imagine that this solution is even more impossible
