We have received reports from two of our external clients (from different companies) that they are unable to login to either our Jira Service Desk portal or our External Confluence documentation.
Both of these clients have SSO for their own respective Jira instances. Both have been invited into our space and it appears in the Administration->Users page that they should have access. Looking at these users informs me that each have the status of "Has site access"
However, when they attempt to login to either our Service Desk portal or our External Confluence documentation they are denied access. In both cases I've reset password, recreated account and re-added them to the organization with no success.
Please help! These customers are very important to us.
