Export to Word file, but I want to define where exactly export issue data in template

Hello.
I'm looking for some solution. I want to upload my .docx template file. When I export data from issue for examplefrom Issue field - Description I want to fill with that data specified place in my .docx template. Is it possible with some app in Jira Cloud?
