Suite Utilities for JIRA addon crashed. You have to contact their support: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.googlecode.jira-suite-utilities/server/support

Also you may prepare the logs or extract the error from the logs as it's the first thing they will ask.

I'd also read the error for the specifics, it might tell you what is wrong.

Also, check that the add-on is the right version for your version of JIRA and correct it if it is wrong.
