HI again,

This appears to be an indexing problem in Jira. However I suspect that the problem you reported in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/error-al-intentar-eliminar-o-mover-una-tareaayuda/qaq-p/1129464 is the cause here. IF we can fix that problem, I believe this other problem will be corrected in turn.

I would recommend focusing on that other thread for the time being to avoid duplication of troubleshooting efforts here.
