I have user few email id as customers to test. later i removed those email ids from customers. But when i try to add those email id as agents, invitation email is not receiving in those email addresses. i can able to see those email addresses in the user unblock invites.

I checked all these accounts, but none of these are showing any bounced messages from our cloud services in the last 7 days according to our email logs. From what I can see a message was sent from your site to those users, and the receiving email server noted the message as delivered.
If that end user is still not seeing that message, then I would recommend having them check their mailbox spam, and/or reaching out to your mail admin for assistance. It is possible that the destination email server could reply that the message was delivered, but then have filtered or quarantined the messages so they might not appear in the inbox of the end user.
