When tickets are moved along the work flow, we receive an email notification. Does anyone know how we can turn these off?

Hello,

It depends on who you are. Are you a customer or an Agent?

If you are a customer then follow the answer of @Raynard Rhodes.

If you are an Agent then go to project settings -> notifications and change the Generic Issue event according to your requirements (when you move an issue along the workflow, the Generic Event is fired).

You can disable this option under Project Notification > Customer Notification. You will see "Customer-visible status changed", if you click on that at the bottom you will see "enable, save, cancel"

Make sure "enable" is unchecked and you sohuld've receive customer facing notifications.
