Email notification for reporter if issue is created by my self

Hi all,

i just noticed something what i would like to change if possible.

We are using Jira Service Desk with an emailbox.

So if someone sent an email to there he get an email notification back. And all other notifications are also working fine.

But if I use the "create" button to create a ticket for my customer and add him as reporter he do not get a email notification...

Is it possible to change that?

I already checked notification helper and it said the reporter have got an notification. But that is wrong.
