Easily moving Tasks form one Epic to another Epic

Hello

I seem to recall that I was able to easily move Tasks between Epics, but this does not seem to be the case any longer. 

Scenario:

I use an Epic as a container for tasks. For example July 2024 Development. As July has gone, and I am starting August, I created a new Epic to move the remaining tasks (not Done) to the new Epic - August 2024 Development.

When I look at task as Children in the Epic, this cannot be changed. 

When I view them in Search mode, the Parent appears, but cannot be modified.

The only way is to enter individual Tasks and change them in the Parent field.

I did not manage to get Bulk change work, perhaps this is the way.

Any thoughts?
