Hi Guys,

Need your help in fixing one issue.

One select field name Task Type having multiple contexts .. each context map with different projects. When user trying to import issues via csv file, jira throwing an error that “value doesn’t exists in Task type field” .Csv not picking up right context. If field is having only single context then it works fine not error. Kindly suggest how to import via csv when select field having multiple context.

thanks

VY

Hi

If you have Project Name and Project Key column in your csv it should works. Are you using the csv import available to everyone or the one from External issue import ?

Or the issue is that you have context on project and issue type so you face this issue

Thanks @Florian Bonniec  Issue is with csv import available to everyone.

In Field Context only Project is added not issue type, i have removed the Context .. now it's works fine.
