I'm about to start on a premium plan (7 users) but wish to be on a free plan, apparently you can have up to 10 users, however in the manage subscriptions section Free is saying only 1 user.
Which is correct and how do I move to free before I lose my account (I haven't provided Card details) and I'm receiving emails saying the account will be deactivated soon

Yes, if you have been doing a trial of either the Premium or Standard plan, and wish to remain on the Free plan, you should change that in your settings.

i would like to know something similar - if i downgrade a monthly business plan that i'm trialing, will any of my links sent via email get downgraded to the trial plan video duration length? for example, i'll be making much longer videos than what is allowed in the standard free trial plan (25 free videos, 5 minutes or less in duratiion). i'd like to upgrade to the business plan which apparently has unlimited videos, unlimited durations. if i decide i don't like loom, but make a great video and send to my friends/users, will that video (via link) that is longer than 5 minutes (made during my subscription on the business plan) still be available to view in it's entirety if i downgrade later to a free plan?
