×We have been using Atlassian Intelligence features for a while (AI Search, Virtual Service Agent, etc.) before ROVO was introduced.
Due to the nature of our business and the lack of control over the credit system used with ROVO we may not be able to implement ROVO, but the wording makes it sound like if we disable ROVO we'll lose all those Atlassian Intelligence features.
ie. If we turn off ROVO, can we still use a VSA?

So you have to turn off all AI feature.
Can I turn off Rovo?
No, you can’t turn off Rovo. But you can deactivate AI in any of your apps.
Rovo Search and Studio are now part of the Atlassian platform and are always available and always on.
But don’t worry, this doesn’t mean you have to use AI. Organization admins can control what apps use AI (including Rovo AI features) by activating or deactivating AI in your apps. More on managing AI in your apps
Seems a bit ridiculous to link ROVO to Atlassian Intelligence in such a way that features that have been used for the last couple years can now no longer be used if a new product (ROVO) is turned off.
The lack of control of the credit system of ROVO makes it difficult to implement in our organization (large University), so we are choosing not to use ROVO at this time, but it sounds like by doing so all of our departments that use a VSA will now have that feature unavailable to them.
