Display a custom (related issues) section while editing an issue.

I have a board for CAB (change requests), each issue is a change request, I have a couple of custom fields for when to start and end the implementation of the change.

I have been asked to display "Changes happening at the same time" section within the issue edit page (or details page).

I can write a JQL query to get the list of issues in question, but how to display them inline within the issue edit and/or details page.

Also, is it easy to do the same so that the list will refresh when the issue is edited (i.e. start and end implementation date custom fields are altered?)
