Is there any way I can let my customer login to jira service desk with a direct link ? I know that user name and password parameter has been depreciated. So here, I can gather a secure session cookie to validate their credential and pass that data to let them bypass the jira service desk login page and land on their service desk dashboard. Can someone please tell me if that's possible ?
I will user rest api to gather their session data, I just don't want to build the whole support panel using rest.
