Delete Everything! No trace as if brand new

I was brought in to build a JSM project for the organization.  I have built and deleted a number of projects in the past 2 days trying to determine the best fit.  

I am using the JSM on trial right now

now I am ready to move forward and I want to delete everything and start fresh.  however when I cull the projects I still have latent data i don't want anywhere in the system, specifically 

https://xxxxxxxxxxxx. atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/projectname/customers.

I still have customers listed here and I need them gone, permanently.

How do i achieve this?

Resolved!

Navigate to Admin window, and then choose the Site from the left navigation bar.

Select "Portal Only Customers" and you can administer  as needed. in my case remove them.
