I am fairly new to using JIRA. I am currently attempting to compete an import but keep getting this error message when validating the import :

  • Unable to parse datetime: 8/20/2021 15:04 using the date format pattern: dd/MMM/yy h:mm a

How do I fix this?

Hi @Jasmine Wilson

You need to match the date formatting that you set for the import.

Take a look at this post: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Unable-to-parse-Date-CSV-Imports/qaq-p/986038

Thank you for your answer! Unfortunately, I am still running into this issue. How would I go about formatting a date such as this, 8/23/2021 8:38:00 AM ?
