Database Custom Field and JIRA Service Desk

Hello

We use DBCF in release 3.1.6 with JIRA Core 7.2.3 and JIRA Service Desk 3.2.3.

We created a field of type Database Information which is rendered as a select list.

In JIRA Service Desk, the field is rendered as a simple text field. Are DBCF fields supported in JIRA Service Desk? According to this question (https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/11961453) I thinks yes, but I can't manage to configure it.
