Dahsboard errors

Hey all - I created a dashboard for various users in JIRA. When they access the link i shared they see this error which am not seeing - what does exactly mean. Can anyone help?

It almost certainly means that you have not shared the filter with the users. You need to share the dashboard and all the filters it uses!
