Custom translations doesn't change the texts on the Jira interface.

First of all, thank you very much for view this question.

I'm struggle with Jira custom translations. I'm using Jira Software version 7.12.3 and I want to translate some strings on Jira Service Desk sections, to do that I'm making some translations on the .JAR file of my JSD version.

This is my JSD language package version:

And this is the field that I'm testing on:

And here I'm changing the string (for example, instead of show 'Clientes' I want it to show 'Customers') as you can see, the sd means that is a Service Desk field:

But after upload the .JAR file with de UPM the string remains the same.

I hope someone can help me, I ran out of ideas.
