Hi everybody!
Can you please help me. We are using labels to mark our versions. And the problem is that it is very difficult to find current versions in this long list. Is there a way to cut this list to see for example only last 5 labels that were written in this field.
If there is no default solution and the only way is doing it with a script, you also can write it as a possible solution. But i hope there is a solution out of the box.
I suggest you switch to a select list. You can 'retire' the values when they are no longer needed but the value stays in the issue. Also, people can typo a label. The only drawback is you will need to manage the select list.
we are looking for automation in every process and manage it by hands is not the best option but it still one of the solution
