Custom field can't be edited

Hi all,

I added a custom field (user picklist) in JIRA. It's visible to all users but unless someone has admin-rights, this field can't be edited. Is there any way to grant editing rights for this field to all users?

All JIRA users in our team belong to specific groups. So granting the right to a group would be fine too.

For user picker field you need to give the Browse Users to your users, they will be able to edit this customfield
