Custom dropdown with search option

I want to have a custom text field which has a dropdown will all possible option and if there is no matches create one. How to achieve this functionality? Please help

Maybe the app nFeed can help you?

It has customizable custom fields and a search view.

Edit: Are you on cloud? For cloud I don't know a app, but there are a few apps for custom fields in the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=cloud&query=Custom%20Fields
