Created and updated date show Invalid Date

Why is Jira showing "Invalid Date" for Created Date and Updated Date for my Jira Projects? (Software and Bug)

Thanks for the screenshot, but I still can't figure out what action you're showing? Is this a screenshot from Dahsboard or filter? When searching for JQL? In the project settings?

I already understand where this problem occurs. It looks like a problem in Jira Cloud, which was also addressed in this thread. The date is displayed correctly on my Jira Software Cloud - there will probably be a specific problem only on your instance. Please try to contact the Atlassian support you have paid directly, he will be able to help you with this problem and solve it.
