- Is there any way to count the total issues opened per account or organization (or user) /month?
- Is there any way to provide this count to our customer throw our support portal?
- Is there any way to restrict customer ticket submission after a limit of submitted ticket reached?
Our scenario is :
We are in need to provide 5tickets/month to customers. After this limit will be reached, the customer will not be able to raise a request for a period of a month.
Any addon or idea will be appreciated!
