When a specific user is trying to create a ticket through customer portal, an error message appears: 

 

Couldn't send request
You do not have permission to create requests using this Portal.
  • The portal is open to public.
  • Other user has no issue creating the tickets through customer portal, no matter a new user or a project admin.
  • This user was the administrator of the project, but he doesn't have the license anymore. His role has been updated as service desk customer, but the issue still exists.

Additional information: unlicensed user in our org cannot submit a ticket through service desk portal. licensed user can, and non-uer can as well.

 

Please help! 🥺
