Convert Links from Project B into subtasks in Project A | Jira Software

I have two related projects and would like to use project a to send an email with the details from issues in Project B.  The issues in project B are linked to the appropriate records in Project A. I would like to convert all links into separate subtasks with all the data/fields from the links being copied over into the subtasks in Project A, so that i can call that field data with smart values and email them out.  I have gotten the project automation to access/ack the links and create a subtask, but can't seem to see how to create each link as a subtask.  Any suggestions?
