Confluence Free License for 10 users

I have try to active confluence free license version for 10 users initially, when try to active free plan,  the below massage coming, see the screen shot. I need more clarity, after the 30 days trial amount will debit my credit card or this could be a free version.

 

Second Query:

If I choose standard plan is there any possibility to maintain my confluence billing with different credit card with same domain (Current Jira domain - https://wabcoauto.atlassian.net/), because the request coming from Jira and Confluence are  different business team,  need to pay with their own credit card.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

Checking the details of your site, I see that Confluence is currently inactive. It means that your site had Confluence and then it was removed.

In this case, you can add Confluence and if it's added as Standard plan, you can change to Free.

Please, click on "Confirm" and after Confluence is added, go to Administration > Manage subscriptions > Change > Select Free and confirm the plan change.

Related to your second question, when products are under the same URL, it's not possible to use different credit cards.
