We are using Confluence and JIRA with one account but 2 different departments need to pay for this each with its own credit card. Is there a way to do this?

Currently, we are not able to separate a monthly renewal and pay with two different credit cards. Cloud instances are charged on one invoice and are viewed as one account even if they have multiple products and or are used by multiple teams.
You can have them possibly alternate the credit card each month or have them each pay 6 months to even the charge but we'd be happy to go over any other option you have if you give us a call at your earliest convenience.
