Configure Incoming Mail IMAP

I tried to create new issues direct from catching a imap inbox. 

i have some errors as on the picture attached.

I already tried this two solutions, but no success:

Can you please give me some more Informations how to fix this project.

As per the error, please make sure you should have Create Issue permission for the respective project.
