Hi @Rosa Verge Lleixà welcome to the community. I may not be understanding your question correctly. Are you referring to your issue being marked as Resolved, but it's not actually coming off your boards? Was your issue close by some sort of automatic process.
If so, it's possible the 'Resolution' field is not being set, in addition to changing the status.
