Code tab - Does not recognise any integrations, works for other users

We're using the GitHub and GitLab integrations. When I navigate to the Code tab in any Software Project, I get this screen

The integrations are working for seemingly every other user in our Jira, just not for me. I'm specifically trying to get GitLab to work.  No matter how many times I navigate through Connect GitLab > Get Started > Link Group, my Code tab never changes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the GitLab integration, I've revoked and replaced all the connections on GitLab's side. Still works for all my other users, just not me. Can't see any permission issues that would be causing this.

Clicking on "Finish setup" opens this up on the right 

Both GitLab and GitHub are fully configured already, clicking on either of them confirms this.

Welcome to the community.

Do you have the correct permissions on the project on the View development Tools permission and do you have the correct permissions in in GitHub, GitLab.

I do, I've checked all project and user permissions and there shouldn't be anything affecting this. If it was a permissions issue, would you still expect to see screens like these prompting the user to finish setting up the integrations?

I setup a new user yesterday, all default permissions. Their code tab works just fine, their key-coded commits appear in their view.
