Client is asking to change the post-function to automatically update start and end date

Hi All,

Client is asking to Automatically update the “Start Date” field with the current date each time an issue’s status is updated to “In Progress”.

Does anyone have any guidance or directions on going about completing this?

Hi,

It seems feasible with an addon like scriptrunner or Automation.
