Check for ticket numbers in the branch name?

on a gitlab merge request I swapped jira ticket id in the title, but the branch name had the correct ticket number.MY Jira ticket got a comment instead of the my ticket, is there any chance that this system can also check for ticket numbers in the branch name?

Before editing the ticket ID:

After Modifying the ticket, my comment still contains old commit message with old branch name.

You could set up the DVSC connector with gitlab named Development panel.

The integration you set up in Gitlab side seems to only check commits and merge requests.
