Changing/Combining Domain Name

Hi there,

We currently own two domain names in Jira. Both were created for Jira trials at separate times within our company. Eventually, we used the second to create a Premium account. We recently have realized we would prefer to have everything under the first domain, which we only ever used for the trial account.

Is it possible to merge these two domains, or to get rid of the first domain so we can use that name for our current Premium domain name?

Welcome to the community.

You essentially need to migrate the information from one site (domain) into the other site (domain). You can then decommission the empty site.

You can find a lot of information on this topic by doing an internet search for "jira cloud merge sites".
