How does one change the text in the customer port for a request type? This is a request form for a specific request type. Thank you in advance.

Hi Patrick,

You can customise that text in the "Instructions" area of your request type settings.

Here's how to find it:

  1. Go to Project settings > Request Types.
  2. Click on the relevant request type (e.g., "Maintenance Request").
  3. The "Instructions" area should appear, where you can edit the text.

You might need elevated admin permissions to access the request type settings. If you can't see them, reach out to your Jira administrator.
