Cannot see Jira Cloud app in Teams

Hello, 

I am trying to add a tab in Teams for Jira, but I can't see the the Jira Cloud app in Teams. I have already added the Microsoft Teams for Jira Cloud app to our Jira instance. Anyone help with this?

I don't use Jira within Teams myself, but have found a couple of things that will hopefully be useful.
