Hi both,
I'm Product Manager in Jira Mobile team.
We had a login issue for iOS 12 users, are you happen to be on that version @Nikolay and @Brendan Shanahan? If so, please download latest Jira app update v60 from the app store, this contains the fixes for iOS12 login.
Let me know at jira-mobile@atlassian.com if you still have further login problem. Thank you.
Thanks @Irene
I am embarrassed to admit that yes this issue appears to be caused by IOS12. I had not used the app for a few weeks and I completely overlooked this.
I can confirm Jira Mobile is now working for me - thanks for getting this fixed for an OS that is still in beta!

Hi @Irene. Thank you for checking this issue.
I was able to login using the recent beta version of Jira mobile and few minutes ago tried the official version from the App Store and it worked as well.
Thanks for the fix and I really like the fact that you have a beta version (Test flight channel).

Thank you for confirming, Brendan and Nikolay!

For those, as me, who were still stuck, the only way it worked for me was to uninstall the app and then reinstall it.

This isn't answered for me, unfortunately.
I am still unable to log in to Confluence Cloud using the Confluence Cloud iOS app (2.26.0) on an iPhone running iOS 12.
I am also unable to log in via Safari.
The Jira app is working fine.
It simply refuses to accept my credentials as valid, even though they work in the Jira app and via Chrome/Edge on a laptop.
The app used to work fine and I do find it very useful, so would appreciate it if it could be resolved.

I had this issue because I was running a parental control app (Qustodio) which runs a VPN. I turned off monitoring and I was able to sign in.

I have exactly the same issue. I could log in via mobile previously.
