Hello Atlassian community,
I configured a service project B to be open to "Everyone on the internet" (Project settings, Customer permissions). Everyone who knows the projects email-adress should be able to raise a support request.
The problem with this setting is, that all my customers from other projects suddenly appear in the customer list (Project, customers) of project B. For example, my test-user from project A. There seems to be no option to remove the user from customers. Also the user's not shown under project settings -> people, so it cannot be deleted there.
As a result, Project B is shown to all my users from Project A in the customer portal. Technically, everyone is allowed to raise requests in project B, but the project is not relevant to my customers from project A.
Is there a way to remove the customers from project A from project B's customer list?
