Cannot create a cloud developer site

Hello everyone,

Whenever I try to create a site(in incognito too), I get the below error under the input field.

"It's taking longer than expected to get you started. Please check your inbox to see if the order has completed successfully, or contact us." 

An earlier thread for the same issue listed an incident in the AWS East region as the issue. The status page doesn't list any incidents right now. So what is the issue?

So I tried again right now and it works.
