I need help with getting the support zip file created.
When I create a support zip file under administration -> sytem support -> troubleshooting and support tools -> create support zip tab,
it says support zip has been created with a green check mark next to it but underneath it says "The system cannot find the path specified".
it is set to be created in d:\jira_home\export and while i see the zip file get created in that directory, it's only 1kb in size with an empty application.xml file inside.
searching through the logs I don't see any errors or warnings related to this. I'm on Jira v7.7
