Can you have 2 separate help desks not just portals?

We have 2 SD Projects one for external customers and one for internal.

We are trying to achieve the below.

1. The external customer's 'helpdesk' is branded with our product branding and we would want to add the company branding to the internal one.
2. External customers are not able to see the internal and vice versa.

Not on a single Jira instance. Two options I would offer:

• create two Jira instances
• consider something like Refined Themes
