While submitting a service desk request, can I add a request participant by mentioning them in the description box using the "@" symbol?
For example, here is my request:
Access Request
Summary: I need login access.
Description: I spoke with @Al, he confirmed I need access to this system.
Is there a way to configure Jira Service Desk so Al is automatically be added as a request participant?
