Tl;dr: Unfortunately, Atlassian's JCMA doesn't migrate entity properties (data storage provided by Atlassian in Jira for apps, etc.) so JXL sheets are ignored in their migration. No need to worry though, as we provide our own dedicated export and import tooling, as described in the docs linked above.
