Can we merge the two agile boards???

Hello @Divya 

Board is based on filter JQL query, so if you want to merge two boards you need to combine their files into one. 

Here is how you do it 

•  Open first board
  1.  Board -> Configure
  2. General -> Filter -> Edit filter query
  3. And you copy this JQL, use notepad
  4. Do the same for the second board 
  5. And then create a third board and edit the third board filter, copy those two JQL and combine them with OR JQl1 OR JQL2
  6. This will give you both board contents on one board after you edit it the way it suits you, you can delete old boards if necessary.

Answers to your doubts 

1. If the 2 boards are different Columns$Statuses then wt to do??

You can edit your board columns 

Board -> configure -> columns

There you will see unmapped statuses so you can add them to the desired column or you can create a new column.

Also, you can move your statuses around columns

The most important thing is not to have unmapped statuses, otherwise, they won't show on board.

2. Will the previous sprint data be lost before merging.??

No board is only used to show data, and since you are not removing old boards, use old board's to replicate the statuses and swimlanes on new third board.

Hi @Olga Videc @Olga Videc  Please give suggestion and solution for this.What i had done means i changed the owner of the boards.Given my name as a board owners of the 2 boards and edited the jql query like this project in ("Sample Software Project", auto) ORDER BY Rank.I added the tow projects there by Jql.

My Doubts are

1.If the 2 boards are different Columns$Statuses then wt to do??

2.Will we lost the previous sprint data before merging.??
