Can we highlight with specific custom fields with a colour in ticket custom card

Example: Just as a Epic Name which is highlighted in Epic name in the ticket. Can I replicate the same in custom field and high the custom field in colour in the colour card.

Jira Cloud does not offer field-level color highlighting as a feature.

You could explore the Atlassian Marketplace for an App which does that. I haven't looked, but I have seen Jira Apps that enable various card coloring options. Note that these Apps will likely have a cost, but you can usually engage a free trial first to see if it meets your needs.
