Highlight custom field

Is it possible to have a custom field highlighted to draw attention to it? 

I have created a field that is based off of executive priority and I would like to draw attention to this. Currently it is gray like every other field.

I have moved it to the top of the field list, but would still like to draw more attention to it.

I do not want a plug-in, I would like to do this natively.

No, there isn't such an option unfortunately. However there are multiple open suggestions which you can vote for and watch:

@Marc -Devoteam- - thanks for the reply. I was thinking this might be the answer. 

The problem with voting for the above items is that it goes nowhere. They have been open since 2018 and 2019. 

But, I know that is not on you.

I see there is a work around in one of the comments.
