Can't link Figma design - "Design not found" issue

Hi, 

I cannot add a design file to a Jira ticket. I click "Add > Design" and paste a Figma link to the "Designs" field. When I click "Link" button, I get "Design not found" message.

I tried it with different Figma links and different tickets.

I'd appreciate if anyone can help me with this.

Have you checked Figma file permissions?

Also, is the link format correct? You should use the full Figma link, not just a project/prototype link.

You can also double-check that your Figma integration is properly set up in your Jira site.

Did you ever find the solution to this? I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to attach links in a project I've linked hundreds of times before.
